About Grow & Glow Collective
Grow & Glow Collective was created to empower young girls to grow into confident, capable, and purpose driven leaders. Through holistic programs, hands on activities, mentorship, and real life learning experiences, we help girls embrace who they are, discover their strengths, and prepare for a brighter future.
Based in North Carolina, our nonprofit serves girls ages 8–14 by creating safe, uplifting spaces where they can learn, express themselves, build friendships, and develop the tools they need to thrive.

What Girls Experience at Grow & Glow
Our programs are designed to help girls learn, lead, and glow from the inside out. Through creative projects, confidence building exercises, financial education, and leadership activities, each girl is encouraged to discover her voice and step boldly into her potential.

Menstruation — Your Period
This is when bleeding happens. We teach girls it's completely normal, natural, and a sign their body is healthy. We cover products, comfort, and care.
Follicular Phase — Growing
Energy rises and the body prepares. Girls learn how to notice their energy levels and use this phase to focus, create, and feel their best.
Ovulation — Peak Power
The body is at its strongest and most energetic. We teach girls to recognize this phase and use their natural confidence and communication skills.
Luteal Phase — Rest & Reflect
Energy slows and emotions may shift. GGC teaches girls self compassion, rest, journaling, and how to be kind to themselves during this phase.
